1. Production Line Scope:

(1) Billet diameter: 80-160mm;

(2) Suitable for producing plain carbon steel and medium/low alloy steel;

(3) Finished product diameter: 60-159mm, wall thickness: 6-25mm;

(4) Annual production capacity: approximately 60,000-80,000 tons;

(5) Suitable for producing oil pipes, casing pipes, fluid pipes, structural pipes, etc.

2. Brief Introduction of Existing Equipment

(1) Piercing Mill: One main motor drives two rolls; it is a Mannesmann-type piercing mill. The pierced shell has an outer diameter of 82-170mm and a wall thickness of 7-27mm. The maximum length of the pierced shell is 8500mm. It is equipped with 5 stands of hydraulic hold-down rolls and a chain-driven mandrel bar car.

(2) ACCUROLL Mill: The entry side is designed for a single mandrel bar with a chain-driven car and a U-shaped groove. A pusher car is also designed at the entry. The mill rolls have a diameter of 700mm and a length of 600mm. It has a 5-degree roll angle and an 8-degree feed angle. Two main motors drive the two rolls respectively. Within the mill housing, the rolls are arranged left and right, and the guide discs are arranged top and bottom, with each guide disc driven by its own main motor.

(3) One 7-stand, 400mm Sizing Mill, centrally driven by one main motor. The motor speed is not adjustable. The equipment is complete; no roll stands.

(4) One set of chain-type cooling bed.

(5) One 7-roll, 168mm straightener.

(6) Flaw detector, pipe cutting machine, air compressor, cooling water pump, intermediate roller conveyor, etc.

(7) Piercing mill hydraulic station, rolling mill hydraulic station, piercing mill lubrication station, rolling mill lubrication station, sizing mill lubrication station, etc.

(8) The electrical control cabinet is present, but the electrical system will most likely need to be completely rewired/remanufactured.

(9) The entire equipment set weighs approximately 600 tons.
